Operators who take part in all prescheduled appointments have the chance to earn up to $650 to offset your travel and lodging expenses while at Travel Exchange.

Here's how to earn the $650:

• Register by the early bird deadline of August 24.
   
• Update your online profile by August 24.
   
• Participate in all prescheduled appointments—including Destination Pavilion, Tour & Travel Exchange and Fast Pitch appointments.
   
• Participate in appointment scheduling session.
   
• Not block half-day sessions from prescheduled appointments.
