Direct Request System

After you get your customized appointment schedule in November, the online Direct Request system will open (it's the same site as the appointment scheduling system). 

This system gives you the opportunity to request appointments with colleagues who have open time slots the same time as you. If your request is accepted, it will be automatically added to your schedule before you arrive in Orlando.

Tips

• Sellers: When the system opens, be sure to log in and begin making requests.
   
• Buyers: You'll receive e-mail notifications that you have requests waiting to be reviewed. Please log-in and check your requests often.
   
• Print your final schedule out and bring it with you to Orlando.
