Tour & Travel Exchange
(For Sellers, specifically tour suppliers)
The Tour & Travel Exchange is two full days of 7-minute, one-on-one appointments between you (suppliers) and buyers.
- Operators are seated in their Exchange booth, and you will walk to them.
- It's an open floor—all delegates welcome to be on the floor seeking to add to their list of new contacts.
Tour & Travel Exchange Schedule
Wednesday
The 7-minute appointments will begin at 8:30 a.m. immediately following the appointment scheduling session. Buyers will be seated and you will walk to them. (Remember, the Exchange floor is open, so all suppliers and DMOs can be on the floor seeking to add to their list of new contacts.)
Thursday
Appointments will continue from 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Don't worry, you won't be in appointments this entire time—you'll have breaks in your personal schedule, and the Exchange breaks for lunch.
What to Expect
As a supplier, the Tour & Travel Exchange is your time to be face-to-face with the buyers. With your registration comes several ways you can schedule appointments with them, including:
- Prescheduled appointments (the earlier you register, the better opportunity you have to be included in the prescheduling!). This allows you to select a targeted list of operators you'd like to meet with, submit that list to NTA and then our computer matching system goes to work to create a schedule of 7-minute Tour & Travel Exchange appointments for you.
- Direct Request appointments are made after the prescheduled appointments are posted. This gives you a chance to schedule additional appointments before you arrive in Orlando.
- On site scheduling—NTA's business floor is open to all delegates, all the time. Through networking, our open floor and a scheduled appointment scheduling session on Wednesday, you can add even more one-on-one appointments once you're on site.
So, whether it's prescheduled or done on site, you have any number of ways to put yourself face-to-face with the more than 400 quality buyers at NTA.
