The Destination Pavilion is a buying and selling atmosphere giving you the opportunity to buy product the way you package, focusing on the destination.
These two days, your prescheduled 10-minute appointments will be with DMOs.
- DMOs seated, you, the operator, will be walking to meet them.
- The DMO booths are arranged regionally for more effective product development.
- It's also an open business floor for more DMO/Supplier partnering and itinerary development. This means suppliers may be sitting with their DMO when you meet with them.
Remember, you participation is required for rebate eligibility.
Destination Pavilion Schedule
Monday
The 10-minute appointments will begin at 2:00 p.m. DMOs will be seated in individual stations arranged regionally. Tour operators, you will have an hour in your schedule with no appointments, allowing time to shop the Pavilion. Use this time to make new connections or finalize new product ideas.
